Connor Davis is developing the gated neighborhood of Grogan’s Crest in the village of Grogan’s Mill. They are advertising six floor plan options for two story homes. The floor plans include 3-4 bedrooms and 2-3.5 bathrooms. The homes are in a great location only two miles from The Woodlands Mall and start in the mid-$300,000s.

Coventry Homes

Coventry Homes developed the gated neighborhood of Timarron Lakes in Creekside Village. While most of it has already been developed, there may be a few lots left for customized home options. Coventry Homes offers five floor plans that include 3-4 bedrooms, 2-4 bathrooms and 2-3 car garages. The homes range between 2149-2731 square feet and are priced between $420,990-$464,990.

Darling Homes

Darling Homes is currently developing a few different communities in The Woodlands. These are Smooth Stream 50s, Cassena Grove, Smooth Stream 65s and The VUE at East Shore. 

  • Smooth Stream 50s has six floor plan options ranging from 3-5 bedrooms, 2-4.5 bathrooms and 2,326-3,133 square feet starting at $438,990. 
  • Cassena Grove has 11 floor plans ranging from 3-4 bedrooms, 2-3 bathrooms and 2,409-3,149 square feet starting at $456,990. 
  • Smooth Stream 65s has four floor plans ranging from 3 bedrooms, 2-3 bathrooms and 2,896-3,495 square feet starting at $547,990. 
  • The VUE at East Shore has six floor plans ranging from 2-5 bedrooms, 2-4 bathrooms and 3,043-3,782 square feet starting in the low $1 millions.

David Weekley Homes

David Weekley Homes is developing the gated neighborhood of East Shore Landing in The Woodlands. There are three different floor plans that range between 3-4 bedrooms and 2-3.5 bathrooms. The homes range from between 2,168-3,144 square feet and start at the $625,000s. 

Frankel Building Group

Frankel Building Group designs and builds luxury custom homes in two communities in The Woodlands: Woodlands Reserve and Shadow Creek Reserve. There are many lots and few homes still available in both communities. These homes range from 4,000-5,500 square feet with 4-6 bedrooms and 4-6.5 bathrooms. Homes in both communities start in the millions.

Partners in Building

Partners in Building is developing the neighborhood of Legacy Ridge in the Village of Creekside Park. Priced from the $850,000s and ranging between 4,000-9,000 square feet, these homes are custom built. There are many lots left and few currently available, ready-to-move-in homes. For custom building, there are thousands of luxury, single family home plans to choose from. 

Taylor Morrison

Taylor Morrison is developing a few neighborhoods in The Woodlands. These are Shumard Oaks, Mariposa Woods and Venetia Grove. 

  • Shumard Oaks has nine floor plan options ranging from 3-6 bedrooms, 2-5.5 bathrooms and 2,094-3,179 square feet starting at $357,990. 
  • Mariposa Woods is a new development with five floor plan options ranging from 4-5 bedrooms, 3-5.5 bathrooms and 2,704-3,786 square feet. Not yet priced. 
  • Venetia Grove has two floor plans ranging from 4-5 bedrooms, 3-5.5 bathrooms and 3,786 square feet. No homes are currently available. 

Trendmaker Homes

Trendmaker Homes is not currently developing in The Woodlands. However, they are developing two neighborhoods nearby: Lakes at Creekside and Grand Central Park. These homes are priced from the low $300,000s to the high $600,000s. Homes in these areas range in square footage from 1,950-4,455. 

Waterway Landing at East Shore

Waterway Builders was formed to build the Waterway Landing at East Shore. In the East Shore neighborhood, Waterway Landing has 59 luxury townhomes that are priced from the $800,000s. The homes range from 2,891 square feet to 4,479. Waterway Builders are no longer in service as they were only formed to build this neighborhood. 

Westin Homes

Westin Homes is currently developing in the Village of Creekside Park. There are three home plans available ranging from 3,762-3,999 square feet. The homes have 4-5 bedrooms and 3.5-4.5 bathrooms. Current home prices range from $679,928 to $694,724. There are only a few homes and lots left from Westin Homes.
